1 Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where the context requires, words in the singular include the plural and vice versa.

Term	Meaning
"Platform"	The jet4d website, mobile-optimised web application, and all associated services accessible at jet4d.vu.
"jet4d" / "We" / "Us"	jet4d Group, the internationally licensed operator of the Platform and all associated betting and gaming services.
"You" / "Player" / "User"	Any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
"Account"	The registered user account created by a Player on the Platform, used to access games, place wagers, and conduct transactions.
"Balance"	The total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
"Bonus Funds"	Any promotional credits, free bets, or match-bonus amounts credited to a Player's Account under a specific promotion, subject to wagering requirements.
"KYC"	Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required before withdrawals are processed, including submission of government-issued identification documents.
"Wager"	Any bet, stake, or game round placed using real-money Balance or Bonus Funds on any product available on the Platform.
"Prohibited Jurisdiction"	Any territory in which accessing or using the Platform is unlawful under applicable local law.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an Account, accessing the Platform, or placing any Wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings between you and jet4d with respect to the subject matter herein. jet4d reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time; continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party or with funds belonging to a third party, you are still personally bound by these Terms and remain fully liable for compliance with all provisions herein.

3 Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on the jet4d Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. jet4d enforces a strict minimum age of 21 for all registered Players, consistent with responsible gaming best practice for the Indonesian market.
• You must be capable of entering into legally binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your local laws permit access to online betting and gaming services.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of jet4d Group or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or cooling-off period, whether self-imposed through your Account settings or applied by jet4d following a responsible gaming assessment.
• You must not have had a previous Account on the Platform that was closed, suspended, or terminated by jet4d for breach of these Terms.

4 Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. Creating duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated Accounts.

When registering, you agree to provide complete, accurate, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. jet4d is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate or outdated information on your Account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, and you must notify jet4d support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. jet4d will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised Account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

5 Identity Verification (KYC)

All withdrawal requests require successful completion of KYC verification before funds can be released. jet4d may also request KYC documents at any point during a Player's Account lifecycle, including at registration, before a bonus is credited, or following a significant change in betting activity.

Accepted KYC documents include, but are not limited to:

• Proof of Identity: Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or government-issued driving licence — must show full name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last 90 days, showing your full name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A photograph or screenshot confirming ownership of the bank account (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata) or e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) used for deposits and withdrawals.

KYC documents must be uploaded in a legible format (JPG, PNG, or PDF) through the Account verification portal. jet4d aims to complete identity verification within 24 hours of receiving all required documents. Withdrawals are suspended until KYC is approved; this suspension does not affect your ability to continue placing Wagers.

6 Deposits

All deposits to the jet4d Platform must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) using one of the accepted payment methods listed below. jet4d does not accept deposits in foreign currencies; any currency conversion is the Player's sole responsibility and cost.

Accepted deposit methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata (bank transfer), and OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja (e-wallets).

• Minimum deposit: Rp 25.000 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: as displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction; limits may vary by payment method and Account verification status.
• jet4d charges zero platform fees on all deposit transactions. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees independently.
• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time upon confirmation from your payment provider, typically within 60 seconds for e-wallet transactions and within 5 minutes for bank transfers.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension and return of funds to the originating account.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions and processing standards:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, wherever technically possible, to comply with anti-money-laundering requirements.
• All withdrawals require a fully verified KYC status. Unverified Accounts may deposit and place Wagers but cannot withdraw funds.
• For verified Accounts, jet4d targets a withdrawal processing time of under 15 minutes on average, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Indonesian national holidays such as Idul Fitri and Lebaran.
• jet4d charges zero platform fees on all withdrawal transactions. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply independent fees.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to additional review if they involve large amounts, unusual account activity, incomplete KYC documentation, or suspected bonus abuse. In such cases, processing may take up to 72 hours.
• Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn directly; only winnings derived from Bonus Funds that have satisfied applicable wagering requirements may be withdrawn as real-money Balance.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

jet4d offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this clause.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to Players who satisfy the eligibility criteria stated in the relevant promotion. jet4d reserves the right to exclude any Player from a promotion at its sole discretion, including where abuse or collusion is suspected.
• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) is stated in the individual promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, Wagers on slots from Pragmatic Play, Pocket Games Soft, and NetEnt contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino Wagers contribute 10%; sports Wagers at odds of at least 1.50 contribute 100%.
• Validity Period: Bonus Funds and wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the time period stated in the promotion. Unused Bonus Funds expire at the end of the validity period and are forfeited without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold only one active bonus at a time. Depositing to claim a new bonus while an existing bonus is active may result in the existing bonus being forfeited.
• No-Cash Equivalence: Bonus Funds have no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or sold to any third party under any circumstances.
• Abuse Prevention: Any Player found to be using systematic betting strategies to artificially fulfil wagering requirements — including hedging Wagers, placing offsetting bets across markets, or coordinating with other Players — will have their bonus forfeited and may have their Account suspended.

9 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming products on the jet4d Platform. Product-specific rules (sportsbook, live casino, slots, sabung ayam (traditional cockfighting)) are published separately within each product section.

• All Wagers are final once confirmed. jet4d does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed Wagers under any circumstances, except where an obvious platform error has occurred.
• jet4d reserves the right to void any Wager placed on an event or game that is subsequently found to have been affected by match-fixing, result manipulation, or any other form of integrity breach, regardless of the outcome as displayed on the Platform.
• In the event of a technical failure that interrupts a game round or sports event, jet4d will apply the published rules for that product category to determine settlement. Where no applicable rule exists, jet4d will apply a fair and reasonable resolution at its sole discretion and communicate the outcome to affected Players.
• Wagers placed using funds obtained through fraudulent payment methods, stolen accounts, or any other illicit means will be voided in their entirety. Any winnings derived from such Wagers will be withheld pending investigation.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event, per game round, and per 24-hour period. These limits are displayed in the relevant product section and may be adjusted without prior notice for high-value events or unusual betting patterns.
• For sportsbook products, including mix parlay (accumulator) bets and voor bola (Asian handicap) markets on competitions such as BRI Liga 1, the EPL, La Liga, Serie A, and the Bundesliga, specific settlement rules are published in the Sportsbook Rules document available on the Platform.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the jet4d Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds:

• Creating more than one Account, or assisting another person to create an Account for the purpose of circumventing these Terms.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings resulting from a known or exploited error will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the Platform to facilitate any financial crime.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any interaction with jet4d support.
• Colluding with other Players, Platform employees, or any third party to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotions.
• Engaging in chargeback fraud by disputing legitimate transactions with your bank or payment provider after placing Wagers.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other method of geographic circumvention.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

jet4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, match-fixing involvement, or any other criminal activity.
• Receipt of a formal request from a law enforcement authority, financial regulator, or licensing body.
• A Player's voluntary self-exclusion request submitted through Account settings or the support team.

Upon Account closure for breach of these Terms, jet4d may withhold the Account Balance pending investigation. Where investigation confirms a material breach, the Balance may be forfeited in whole or in part. Where no breach is confirmed, the Balance (less Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within 14 business days.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account in good standing may do so at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any remaining real-money Balance will be processed to the Player's verified withdrawal method within 5 business days of the closure request.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jet4d's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of real-money deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jet4d expressly excludes all liability for:

• Losses arising from Internet connectivity failures, including those caused by Indonesian telecommunications providers such as Telkomsel, Indosat Ooredoo, XL Axiata, or Tri.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data.
• Any loss resulting from a Player's reliance on information published on the Platform that is subsequently found to contain an error.
• Interruption of service caused by scheduled maintenance, emergency system updates, regulatory compliance actions, or force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms limits jet4d's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

13 Privacy & Data

jet4d collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC is used solely for the purposes of Account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and regulatory reporting. jet4d does not sell personal data to third-party marketing organisations.

All personal data is stored on servers protected by 256-bit SSL/TLS 1.3 encryption. Access to Player data is restricted to authorised jet4d personnel on a need-to-know basis and is subject to strict internal data governance policies.

14 Responsible Gaming

jet4d is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. The Platform provides a full suite of player-protection tools, all accessible directly from Account settings without requiring contact with the support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in IDR. Limits take effect immediately when reduced; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive an alert after a set duration of continuous play and optionally trigger an automatic session end.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cooling-off period, login is disabled and no marketing communications will be sent.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account with no option to reopen. This decision is irreversible. Any remaining Balance will be returned to your verified payment method.

15 Intellectual Property

All content on the jet4d Platform — including but not limited to the jet4d brand name, logo, trade marks, trade dress, software, game assets, graphics, text, data feeds, and user interface designs — is the exclusive property of jet4d Group or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of jet4d Group.

16 Amendments

jet4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be communicated to Players via a notice displayed on the Platform homepage and, where the changes are material, via email to the address registered on your Account. The amended Terms will take effect 7 days after the date of notification, or immediately in cases where changes are required by applicable law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and request Account closure in accordance with Clause 11.

17 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jet4d Group holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in English.

Nothing in this clause prevents jet4d from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of arbitration proceedings.

Players acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to legal restrictions in their jurisdiction of residence, including in Indonesia. It is each Player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering an Account.
